Hi Emma, Rob and I are thrilled with our new curtains and blinds. The lovely lady who came to do the initial quote was friendly, professional, efficient and made my choices so easy. The final product is of the highest standard and looks sensational, giving our home a classy boost. Arron who did all the installations, was also a pleasure to welcome into our home. He was professional, sociable and extremely efficient.I appreciate the tips and advice he gave in answer to questions I asked regarding maintenance of my existing vertical blinds. We have recently had blinds and curtains installed. We found the various representatives of the company to be helpful and professional throughout the whole process from start to finish. We are very happy with the end result and nothing was too much trouble.

Very, very happy with finished product and everyone that we dealt with was happy, professional and efficient. The only reason that it is not a 5 star review is because I felt I wasn't really kept informed of how my order was progressing and when the blinds/curtains would be ready. I felt like I had to make all the phone calls regarding this. The product I received though was 5 star - would definitely use Somerset again

I have paid the balance of our curtains and may I say they are absolutely beautiful and I have had many comments telling me they look gorgeous. Could not be happier with our PVC Shutters from Somerset. The shutters arrived within the time frame advised. We are please with the quality and how they have been installed. We are huge fans of Somerset! We have had blinds installed in our brand new home, & they look Fabulous!! The process was easy, from quote to install, and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful & did a great job. We also had security shutters installed on a few windows and they are heaven sent. Apart from feeling secure, they cut out the heat and make our bedroom so nice and dark for sleeping. They also reduce noise. We also added curtains for our bedroom, and I love the extra touch they give. Thank you, Somerset we will be ordering more products in the future.
